Donald Kasle and Steven Mednick Appointed to the 5 Minute Networking®
Advisory Board

NEWPORT BEACH – 5 Minute Networking® announced Tuesday the appointment of Donald
Kasle, managing partner of ALLDAS Partners, LLC, and Steven Mednick, president of
Plenum Revenue Group, LLC to its advisory board. Both Kasle and Mednick are also
members of Tech Coast Angels.

“Don brings an incredible wealth of knowledge and wisdom to 5 Minute Networking® from
having helped run a number of financial institutions,” said 5 Minute Networking® CEO Sonia
English. “Steve comes to us with an extensive background in the IT industry, where he has

Kasle spent 33 years in commercial banking, the last 13 of which he was CEO of three
different banks. In addition, he has served on 26 boards of directors during his career in
the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors.

Mednick is president of Plenum Revenue Group, LLC, a global revenue advisory firm
located in Newport Beach. He has more than 20 years of experience in the IT and finance
industries.

In 2000, he established the corporate ventures office for Silicon Graphics, Inc. in Mountain
View, where he led the company’s global strategic investment activity. Mednick, who has
an undergraduate degree from UCLA and also possesses master’s and law degrees from
USC, is a member of the State Bar of California.
