Founder and President

Founder of Plenum Revenue Group, Steve brings more than 20 years experience in
multiple industries, with an extensive background in complex global sales, business
development, corporate development, marketing and operations.  With Steve's unique
combination of business, technical, finance and legal skills learned in-house at companies
ranging from 20 - 400,000 employees, he operates at the speed of business with a keen
sense for the bottom line.  

Selected Achievements

  • Established the corporate ventures office for a Silicon Valley headquartered $2.3
    billion global company in the IT industry; contributed $80 million+ revenue through
    investments, strategic sales and alliances.

  • Led a team of industry consultants selling $100 million in IT solutions for a global
    computer hardware company.

  • Grew revenues 945% in 30 months for an Orange County company in the data
    services industry; expanded marketing reach from California to nationwide;
    attracted venture capital investment and subsequent buy-out.

  • Grew revenue 50% in six months for an Orange County based global application
    software company through a combination of strategic sales and alliances.

  • Established over 120 alliances for companies in the health care, IT, data services
    and human resource industries.

  • As corporate counsel for medium sized companies in the IT,  health care and finance
    industries, negotiated over 300 contractual disputes to satisfactory completion
    without costly litigation.

  • 2007 - 2008 assisted seven early stage companies in the IT and BioTech industries
    to secure $9.5 million in angel funding and debt financing.

Community Service

Steve's passion for community service work is highlighted by his involvement with the
Orangewood Children's Foundation
(www.orangewoodfoundation.org) where he serves on
its Ambassador's Committee.  Prior to Orangewood, he served as board president and legal
advisor to the Adam Walsh Child Resource Center, a division of the National Center for
Missing and Exploited Children.
